My Monday and Thursday classes are for people with some experience of Yoga, as we do level 1 & 2 poses. However, if you are a complete beginner feel free to join in to Monday or Thursdays as there are quite a few absolute beginners in both these classes..
The price is £25 for a 4 week block- most people come on the same night each week but feel free to switch between Monday/Thursday or come to both to improve your practice even more! If you want to just try out a class the 'Drop in' price is £7. Unfortunately, missed classes from the previous block cannot be carried over to the new block.
